What the difference/ and which do i need?

Look and see if you have a rear sway bar... If you do then you need this one...

I believe the difference is one comes with mounts & hardware and the other doesn't

Only the RS.

One other thing to take into consideration is fitment. I've read a few posts about fitment problems with the Suspension Techniques sway bars and some aftermarket exhaust systems (if you have one or plan on getting one in the future).

Arent the fwd and awd model sway bars different? If not, then im installing my RM sway bars on my awd tomorrow

Agreed. I have these on my AWD (front and rear) and they are great...no fitment issue either....not sure of the difference b/c i did the springs and shocks at the same time so can't tell what changed more...but it is worth it...especially after seeing how rusted the linkage was on the stockers.
