Which Slave cylinder do I get?

So I went online today at Oreileys because my slave cylinder went out yesterday ( clutch pedal just fell to the floor) and there are three options for the slave cylinder, Which one do I get??

1.AWD, Turbocharged, Speed Control

2.AWD, Turbocharged, Except Speed Control

3.AWD

What the hell is speed control?

speed control is cruise control.

Replace both the slave and master if you are going to do one, mainly if they are both of the same age. Also, are you 100% positive the slave is what failed? Pedal to the floor just means air in the line, so what exactly went wrong?

I got done swapping my wheels and I go in my car to back it out of the driveway and as i go to put in the clutch its was super loose and just fell to the floor and stayed there until i pulled it back up.. But then I pumped it a few times and it went back to normal. I looked by the master cylinder and there was no leaks but the locking nut the holds the rod in place was totally loose.. Could this just be the problem?

Quite possibly. It's always good to find out the issue before throwing parts at a problem.
