Which PDA to get?

Are you looking to get only for a pocketlogger or do you plan on using it as a PDA? If you are just using it for a pocketlogger I wouldn't spend $300 on one.

Thats the site i was using as a reasourse, I want it primaraly for a pocketlogger, but a nice pda is good to have, it doesnt have to be $300, Lets say best valuve for under $300 for PL use mostly.

I bought a Palm IIIc and a Palm m505. The m505 is by far a better PDA if you need one, but if its just for your car, the Palm IIIc is like 50 bucks on ebay, it will hold all the logs you want, and has a really vibrant color screen that I have no problems with seeing in the day. Only drawback is that when the screen is on really bright, the batteries go faster. I fixed that by buying a hotsync cable and charging cable all in one so its always on and always charging. Works out great!

Just about any Clie is a good choice. Just make sure you get with digital tuning about compatibility with pocketlogger. So far I have used the following Clies in my DSM.

I was given a palm m505 from my father because his bank decided to get him a new one, and it is a great PDA. It does everything a normal PDA does like address bok, calender, and all of that good stuff, and i have not really had any problems with it besides the pocketlogger cable is easy to disconnect, but it isnt bad at all. I have 2 palm IIIc's since my bro gave me his. They work great for logging and the color screen looks pretty sweet at night. PM me if you want to buy one, there both almost brand new.

The clies are always my pick for a good pda. Especially with the great screen resolution they always have.
