Which offset do I need for these wheels & tires...?

I am wanting to buy the 16x7 Rota slipstreams for my 92 awd. The tires I am looking at are the Nitto NT555R Radial tires. The size of the tires are 245/50/16. I am not sure if I need the +40 or +45 offset rims for this combo.

Any help is appreciated.

16x8 Rims were also an option and those offsets were +40 or +48

Just need to know which offset is the best for those tires.
