How do these wheels look?

Just want to see what everyone thinks of the scuffing and how much it would be worth with 4 rims, 4 tires but "2 tires should be replaced"?

Let me try to upload differently. I see them on my PC.

They should be on now. The first set of links were straight from my email and that may have been the problem. They are on photobucket now.

Look like Lancer wheels. I likeee!!!

The guy I talked to said the scuffs weren't deep but there are still scuffs.

They are Evo VIII wheels and is asking $400 total for the rims+tires. Sound like a good deal?

Going to check them tomorrow and if good start an offer at $300 because of the scuffs and the fact 2 tires should be replaced.

The curb rash is not all that bad and if you wre to get them powdercoated that could even be cleaned up. I mean if the price is right get them but the Enkei Evo wheels are starting to get overplayed.

They might be out there a lot being an OEM wheel, but I'm not a fan of a majority of the rims out there at all and not to mention these are also a good bit cheaper than a nice set of after market rims.

Well I did get them. Some of the scuffing that you see in the pictures is just the paint coat chipping off while on a couple rims there are gouges from curb rash. I'm going to try and smooth it out and then get them re coated.

He was asking for 400 and got him down to 350 for it all because 2 of the tires were bald and the scuffing was a little worse than what I though. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and will get some pictures of the gouging later on today.

350.00 Isn't bad. Remember they are quality wheels. Good pick up!

:thumb:FOR 350?? I WOULD HAVE GRABBED THEM UP. EVEN IF THEY WAS JUST SOME WINTER RIMS.. GREAT DEAL

They'll be my summer/dry weather performance wheel setup. I'll keep the stockers for the winter/wet wet season.

I do wonder what the cost is to have rims fixed from curb rash. Any one have rough estimates from their areas?

Yeah, $350 for Enkei rims isn't bad at all. Not to mention they are wider and lighter than our stock rims.
