i just got my 99 gsx and am brand new to the dsm's (had a honda before 
) but would those wheels in 18x7.5 5x100/114.3 with a 42 offset fit on my eclipse? ( It has no suspension mods except the 18's it has on right now )

They will, depending on what size tires you will use.
I have the same dimension wheels with a 225/40-18 tires.
