I am looking to buy a MBC and I need help choosing. I have it narrowed down to a couple. If buschur was still making their dual controller I would go with it but they are not. I don't NEED a dual boost controller but it would be nice for traction and switching fuels.

You mean the AEM unit has nothing you can configure to help with traction? And it's not easy to switch fuels with it?

I vote for the Hallman Pro RX. I know a lot of people that have them and love them. Mine works great, does it's job very well, and also looks nice. I don't have a need for in-cabin boost adjustment, nor the need for a dual stage MBC (that's what boost control in ECMlink is for).

Voted Hallman Pro RX. Its the boost controller I am running right now in my 1g. Works great, well made. Only complaint is that after a couple of years of use with all season i noticed that the o rings started to crack and break. I used thread sealant instead and have had no problems since.

But if I had to choose for over all control, ecmlink with electronic solenoids.

I voted Hallman ES Boost Controller just because it's the one I have. Cheap and works well like you said. I've had it for about a year or so. Only running about 15 psi though.

If i were to choose, i would go with a hallman MBC! :hellyeah:

What he said. I love mine. I will love it more when I buy the extension cable to move the boost control knob into the cabin. :hellyeah::hellyeah:

How does ecm link control traction if you are not using it for boost control? With the aem you have to run an electronic solenoid for boost control.

I never said it did. You are correct - you have to run a solenoid for the boost control.

I wasn't sure if the AEM had separate traction controls from boost controls.
