I have a 94 Eagle Talon TSI FWD, the current ecu is a N/A MD16625 which is not ideal. The original ecu is MD304483 (which is impossible to locate) I have 3 AWD ecu’s to choose from. MD165531 MD193300 or MD193296 because my car is ‘Canadian’ I’m wondering which ECU would work best and give me the least amount of problems (Fed/CA egr codes etc.) Thanks for any input.

MD165531 is a 91/92 Federal Automatic ECU
MD193300 is a 93 Federal Automatic ECU
MD193296 is a California Automatic ECU

Since your original was a MD304483 I assume you have an 94 automatic FWD. If that's the case either of those Federal ECU's should work and the best would depend on their condition and if one or more was an EPROM ECU.

I'm not clear about all the 94's but you might want to check for the EGR Temp probe and if you have one the California ECU might also work just fine.
