which alternator

is the 1g non-turbo 2.0 L and the turbo 2.0 L alternator the same? I ask because napa auto parts had in there computer that they weren't but carquest told me that they were, what is the deal? Is it a 65 amp or is it something else?

they are the same. the auto has a 75 or so amp and the manual has a 65 amp. I f you have access to a Canadian parts supplyer you can get a 90 amp. I was told you can only get the 90 in Canada. Probably has something to do with the winters.
