Just look at all the site sponsers for one. Last resort, I'd look on Ebay.

I have checked them all, and the only one i found was 450 and can only use a 40mm wastegate, and i just bought a 38mm wastegate.

Have you gotten an aftermarket manifold too? Why not put the wastegate on the exhaust mani? O2 housings with external wastegates are gonna be expensive.

Yes i have a dnp performance tubular mani that was 600 already

Ahh..should've gotten it with the external WG mount! If you pay that much already, why not..would've been a little wiser though to get a good cast manifold with external WG mount. I dunno why people insist on tubular manifolds when they cost 3-4 times as much as a cast one that'll flow just as well & is also less prone to cracking...the looks & weight of them are the only reason I can see.

Yeah i didnt really research until after a bought everything, and i have to do o2 now because i have a brand new evo3 16g that has been ported and set up for external, so i am lost i got the one from dejon tool and it was made for a 1g and then i order the vpe from extreme psi and they on B/O for 4months so then I went to SBR and theres are on B/O as well so no clue.

Hmm if you've already checked with ALL the site sponsers, I dunno what to tell you dude. You might just have to buy one & wait until they get 'em in stock...

Tried the classifieds yet? Put in a 'want to buy' ad for one, if you can.

Is this going to be your daily driver?? Having a tubular mani isn't really smart on a daily driver, with its proneness to cracking. I'd send the manifold back though & get a cast mani..SBR has a nice ass one for 300, 500 if you buy a wastegate with it. You'll be able to find an O2 housing a lot easier without the WG mount on it.

Honestly i will probably drive the car once and then leave it in my garage, i have had it for over a year now and have not even moved it, i would go with the one on the mani but my turbo has already been set up to run it off the o2

Is the exhaust manifold hasent been used yet maybe contact dnp and see if ou can return it and get one with a external wastegate flange.

It hasnt been used yet but is already on the car, and too much of a pain to get it off and as stated previously the turbo has already been set up for the o2 mounted wastegate

Just because its setup for an external wastegate doesnt mean it HAS to be at the O2 housing.......does it?

I thought if it was set up for an external WG, you then had the option of running it where you wanted?

It's simple.

WG can only be mounted on pressurized portion of the exhaust plumbing to work. The only two pressurized points on the turbo setup is exhaust manifold (which he said is not an option, since he has already bought an expensive manifold without WG flange) or WG portion of the O2 housing, which is still an option for him.

No to run it off the manifold i would have to find something to cover the wastegate hole and then have it welded shut, too much to go through after i just went through everything to get it set up like this.

Right, thats what I was getting to. Why couldnt he just run it off the mani, but he just sort of explained it now.

Im still gonna read up some more on that because I didnt think there was one way to set it up for O2 mounted and another way to set it up for manifold mount when it comes to externally gating.

i already ordered one from them last month and i had to cancel it yesterday because they will be on back order for 4 months
