Not sure what the 4g64 egr is like, but i made one for mine. Took like 5 minutes.

edit: after reading above post, if its anything like the 420a i remember on my old atempt at a 420aT, i took the line off and just crushed it in a vice LOL, pretty rigged, but it worked like a charm.

i have 96 syder.

The NT Spyder doesnt have a 420a engine, it has a 4g64. It's basically a SOHC 2.4 version of the 4g63. The EGR flange should be the same as the 4g63. You could always go with the pop-can method.

thanks you.. pop can?

-Remove the EGR valve
-Cut open a soda can and lay it flat
-Trace the shape and bolt holes of the EGR flange onto the can
-Cut out the shape and drill/punch out the bolt holes
-Cover both sides with a generous amount of High Heat Silicone sealant
-Install the piece between the manifold and EGR
-Let dry for at least a few hours before starting the engine

This seals the EGr off from the manifold so it no longer functions, yet it's still in place for any emissions/safety checks. Not to mention dirt cheap.

For the 4g64 the 4g63 egr valve is the same so you can buy a block off plate for a 4g63 and it will still fit.
