Where to buy 1G seat belts?

My manual seat belt wont retract so I need to replace it but I can't find a place to buy it besides the dealer. I already tried ExtremePSI, JNZTuning, RockAuto and eBay.

Anyone know where I can buy a passenger and driver seat belt assembly?

^^ You can never go wrong getting anything from a yard. I go and grab stuff even when I dont need it.

theirs a 96 at the junkyard im going to today. looks pretty clean. I could check if it had the belt you need.
