Where to buy 16g Turbos

Can 16g mitsu turbos be bought from the dealer? Because I get discount on mitsu parts and I don't want to buy on from an American speed shop because customs and brokrage charges would be $200.

Does a b16g or evo3 16g have a mitsu part number?

i dont know how much discount you get but i doubt it'll be worth it. i think the stock t25 from my local satan ran about 1200 bucks..
