where should I start on this Misfire?

So just to keep you caught up. Went to the county emissions office today. before this I had 900 HC when the limit is 220, today it is 800 HC. I got my waiver for the year. I can finaly register the car. But I can hear a misfire (probably my cause for the high HC) so I ask you guys for a diagnosis. filter, wires, head gasket, plugs, valve cover gasket, turbo, have all been replaced. (215000 miles) I am planning to do the O2 today, and there are plans to do the exhaust soon as well. It has an evo3b16g. I know I need the supporting mods, but the turbo I had went out and I didn't want to buy a new stock one. So my question is where should I start on this Misfire?

Also What the Hell is this? Where does it go? What Plugs into it? (Just got the car and I cant figure this one out.)

That connector is your knock sensor. There will be a connector on the harness that plugs into it.

what are the rest of your 5 gas readings??? its not to hard to figure out the problem if you have all the numbers.

Hey, Sorry I took so long, I'm getting married saturday, so Its hard to get time at all.
The test says:

test---RPM-----%CO2--%O2---HC(PPM)-----------------------------CO(%)
Idle--------- 1022--------13.2-----1.5-----Max Allowed 220 Meas: 807--Max allowed 1.20 Meas: 0.82

2500RPM----2502--------13.9-----0.7----Max 220 Meas: 236------------Max 1.20 Meas: 0.62

Ok, just to add to the misfire. My CEL came on today, and then on my way to work my passenger lower ball joint Snapped taking my CV axel with it. Good times. Just another $500 bucks to make me love this talon more.

damn that sucks, ive experianced that. You fix one thing or try to and something else breaks.
