Where do you guys have your Adjustable Cam Gears set with 272 cams

I just bought a set of 272's from my friend who parted out his car and was with him when he was tuning on the dyno. He advanced the timing 5 degrees on both the intake and exhaust cam and it definitely brought back some low end.
 
This question isnt so much pertaining to making more power/torque by adjusting cams, but how would i create move idle vac, by advancing or retarding my intake cam? 264/272 combo, idle 13.5-14 in/hg at 950-1000rpm idle. I'd like to be able to pull a couple more figures of vacuum, maybe up to about 15-17 in/hg range. PM me if you have an intelligent response.
