yes i got a ramhorn style one but i dont like it i just paid 400 for it and selling it for 200 now its brand new/i cant find any other so i think im gonna try to get someone with diffrent v band or 2 bolt wastegate to trade for my tial 40mm w/g

yeah ive been thinking about selling my other gsx to but welder pipe and flanges and then i can put my name on it and make them to sell and i have a friend thats a pro welder he can weld anything from pipe to heads-blocks and his welds are perfect. but i cant find the right size pipe im thinking of using 2" ss but where to get it and thick wall

10 is thicker than 12 right and what is the correct size to use/how much is it usally

yes 10 is thicker and i pay 3 bucks a foot for 2x4 steel for my mini truck frames so im gonna say no more than 4 5 bucks a foot not bad cheaper than a 400 dollar header just know your math and fab skills

To find a good quality manifold with 40mm wastegate provisions you are going to have to fork out the cash man. They are a real DSM'ers part, not just a ricer upgrade, so not every chinese company makes a cheap one. I would try and find the style you like and then some extra pipe and get your friend to custom fab it for you. Then you know your sh*t is one of a kind! Unless you are copying someones picture...
