Where can you buy a Megasquirt in today's world?

I've looked almost everywhere and only one website has one in stock. And they want $580 for it. I also sent an inquiry on the MS website a couple months ago, and still have got no response.

I was noticing that most people bought theirs back in the day, and most of the questions about them stopped being asked here on the forums in 2010. I have to asume that they were put out of production due to a low market.

I'm just wondering if anybody knows an up to date place where I could buy one. And it would be GREAT if that place carried them for cheaper than the one I found.

Diyautotune.com is the only place I've ordered MS stuff from. See MS is not a plug and play solution for the 420a. Since MS is built to work with so many different platforms, you have to configure the unit to do what you need it to do. This does mean modifications to the board itself. There was a company that was selling already modified units, but that stopped long ago I think. You have 2 choices now. Either buy a pre assembled unit and do the hand full of mods yourself, or buy an unassembled kit, and built the whole thing yourself. I built an unassembled kit years ago when I did mine. It's not very difficult. There are plenty of write-ups about the board mods you need to make. Look at the neon forums

I remember then being priced similar to ecmlink, but that was for turbo'd cars. Doesn't seem too far off
