where can I find side mirror interior caps?

I need the side mirror interior caps for manual mirrors (the ones with a hole in em) for my gf's RS. I plucked a couple caps from a gs without the hole and i was deliberating if i should just drill a hole through them, but i think the control knob will be sticking out a little.
