Wheel Bearing Tips

I am replacing my rear wheel bearing with one from a junk yard. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on the easiest way to remove one. What needs to be removed so i know what tools to take to the junk yard.

Why dont you grab the whole knuckle?

I probably will but im still looking for tips on how to do it so when i get to my car i dont have any problems and know what i am gettidng into. And what does the whole "knuckle" consist of. Thanks
