Here's my talon when my buddy picked it up from the action. It didnt run. It turns out the timing was way off. we fixed that and it started right up.

Thats Swarm wrenching on the blue car.

Here is the talon sitting in front of my house.

then the next day, me and swarm were out doing some running around. we stop and visit with one of swarms clients and come out start the car and its knocking and ticking. fun right.

heres some of the damage. WTF all the intake valves are bent. sweet...

and why not a shot of the engine with the head off.

that least its not lonely. there is a 03 cobra laughing at it and keeping it company.

Change the valves, buff out the pistons and put it back together. Why is it sitting for so long? Its a weekend job at best.

turbo was trash. needed new timing belt, tensioner and idlers. the stock cams there also trash. and then we decided to do some upgrades. seeing as they needed replaced any ways. its really not a week end job....

great buy just fix it throw a 16g and in it and you have a more than just great 1st gen. still is a great come up. I would buy one for 2bills and just have it as my project car.

every one uses the 16g's. im going a little bigger. and lookie at what the nice fedex driver just droped off.. maybe 10 mintues ago...

That sucks.... BTW, the valves that are in that head aren't the stock ones.

The block looks really clean and the outside of the head looks clean..
