What's your Profec B Spec II settings?

You know, I bought the Greddy Profec B Spec II thinking it would be the greatest boost controller ever made. Boy was I wrong. It's like you gotta guess what your boost is gonna be. With that said, on HI I have it "set" to 14.5 psi. What settings?

Set: 30%
Gain: 15%
Start boost: 100 (that's in psi units)
Warning: 160 (16 psi obviously, dont' wanna jump that)
Limiter: 20%
Highest Boost: LOL it said I boosted at 178 (17.8 psi) That can't be good for the T-25
Last Boost: On

You have your limiter set at a lower percentage than your boost is set at. That is going to cause eratic boost control. Raise the limiter, and lower the set some so the limiter is higher and you will have better control. Don't just raise the limiter though, you probably have the boost set too high right now. Ask me how I know...haha. With an external waste gate and external dump, you can actually hear the limiter opening the waste gate to prevent overboost when the boost controller is set up this way.

As for my settings, I am running, on the street, right around:
Set 0%
Gain 30%
Start Boost 170
Warning: 210
Limiter: 20%
(this is around 18psi on my 50 trim with a Tial 38mm)

Track:
Set: 54%
Gain: 30%
Start Boost 220
Warning 260
Limiter: 60%
(this is right at 24psi)

Remember, these settings mean nothing if you dont have the same turbo and waste gate.
