Profec B Spec II settings....

Anyone care to share their settings for their Profec B Spec II with me?

Right now I'm at

Boost: 55%
Gain: 15%
Start Gain: 16.5psi

This set up gives me 20psi.

At times it will show a peak value a little higher than 20psi. Should I set the gain a little higher? What are your values?

What turbo set up are you using? I just purchased one and have it installed. I'm a bit confused by the SET BOOST and the START BOOST settings. The manual is not very good at explaining this...

I have the eo1 and that sounds more or less like mine, but I have the gain at zero, if it is up at all its not very smooth boost. The manual says to have your start boost 2.8 psi below desired boost level. For 16GEE, the computer uses boost pressure to hold your wastegate closed until that value is reached for START BOOST to attempt to quicken spool up times, doesnt really help for me.

I have my gain at about 20%, the start boost at 115, and the set boost at 48% or so. Gives me 22 psi, with no spike at all and holds boost perfectly.

It would like to spike a couple psi if I left the start boost at anything higher. I also didn't notice any decrease in spool time from setting it that low.
