whats wrong with my car

ok, this is my setup on my 95 talon tsi awd:

bushur 20g
fmic
2.5 i/c pipes
hks bov
afpr set at 44 psi
turbo XS mbc
255 pump
660's
10mm wires
1 step cooler plugs
ported exhaust mani
hacked mas
3" intake
3" turbo back exhaust
3"o2 housing/dump
dsmlink


hope im not forgetting any. anyways, for some reason my car wont make power. there are no boost leaks, but i cant spool past 10 lbs, and it backfires. my A/F is at 11:1 across the board on 93 pump gas and i have no knock. i cant figure out what im missing/doing wrong. any help would be greatly appretiated.

is that a/f a little high for the lower rmps?

what are your fuel trims and such? what do the plugs look like? whats the exhaust look like? hows the compression of the engine?

try a 2g maf. my friends made alot more power and tuned easier with it. just a guess

Last time I checked 2G's came with a 2g maf from the factory

how much have you changed with DSMLINK? try going back to *stock like* settings and go from there. sometimes you end up so deep in the tuning web you end up missing something. for example: is your injector dead time and global set up correctly? how about timing? move all your timing back to zero (on the link) and double check your dead time and global settings. i take it you did an intake leak test since you said you had no boost leaks....if not, then do a million untill you get every last tiny leak.
how bout your plugs? wires? are they arcing? once you get dsmlink back to *zero* you can start checking all you fuel/spark/air. then once you have it going well, start the tuning all over again. if you have more questions about tuning with dsmlink, you should check out www.rmdsm.org. dave and hal landry have been involved with the development of dsmlink for a while and are super good with it. hope this helps!
another thought: when you do the boost leak test, does your BOV open? maybe it is adjusted wrong?
