I see your coolant temp is low (to me) is that log after your car is fully warmed up?

It was but it was really cold that night i have a 180 stat in it

Oh okay, It just seems, from looking at your 02 sensor, that your either locked in open loop, or it is in fact, a bad sensor. I also noticed your Idle is all over the place, what do you have it set at? If it's locked in open loop, from my experience, the idle will generally be a bit higher than normal, but even at that, the 02 should be doing more than just staying flat.

I have the idle set to 1000. Im going to try to get another idle log today with the car at full temp.

besides that everything seems ok on the log
I couldn't tell you if everything looks ok or not until you replace your front o2 sensor. The ECU locks itself in open loop at about 177.419 seconds into your log because your front o2 sensor voltage isn't cycling.

You should also add MAFRaw, LrndIdleAdj, ISCPosition, and CombinedFT to your captured values before you do that log tonight.

ECU isnt locked in open loop so the o2 is dead or not pluged in like stated above! You need to start there. Your airflowperrev is a little high but not too bad. Like gofer said, you need to get us a log with some other captured values.
