the head locked up on my 1g and i found a 2g with bent valves for free is it worth the work of gettin valves put in it and just droppin it on???? and what is actually diff about the two??

Quite a few actually. One, the runners are much smaller. The actual diameter of the head bolt holes are 1mm smaller so they would all need drilled out. The thermostat housising is different...and i think thats about it really. I would suggest finding a 1g head to use. Dont even bother with a 2g, it would be more work to make less power.

1G on top, 2G on bottom.

ported 2g head ftw : ) build it. But if you just need a stock head a 1g is better and will be cheaper to make work on your car.

A ported 2g head doesn't even open it up to the stock size of a 1g head ROFL

1g head built or stock > 2g head built or stock

Go with a 1g head :thumb:
