whats so special about 94 tsi?

ok so while i was debating with my boss that my car stock runs 15.1's according to allbedigital. and that it is quick. He thinks our cars are slow and all the numbers we say we have are b/s but i proved him! but as you can see here from 90 to 92 its pretty steady.

we all know 90 have a bigger TB that would explain the faster time but 94! WTF! what is soo special about a 94 tsi that puts it at 14.6
then 95 back to a 15.1
I dont' get it. what did they change between 92 and 94 to put a 94 in the mid 14's?

ok lighter rods too. so less rotating mass but half a second is fast. ive been in a 93 and the gearing seems the same as my 90. maybe it was just the 94's we need a wiseman.

I say stick with what brought around the DSM hype! Sure other models might have been built with different style or some better components, but nothing can beat the original first generation...which without, never would have come any of the other models ! But in all fairness, each model of car brings its own style, power, and personalization to the table!

could also be a difference in how the car was launched. rpm,reaction, weather.

My earlier statement was a joke and a personal opinion. But to answer the question You could take two brand new 94 talons straight out of the factory and they both could have ran completely different times even if driven by robots with the exact same reactions.

IF that was the case then there is something wrong with the car. Since if you took two identical cars right off the assembly line they should run the same. Seeing how a assembly line reproduces the same product over and over! i mean i tenth of a second would be understandable but no more then that. IF both of the test subjects are the same you know what i mean?
