whats should i set my afpr and mbc at

have a 90 eclipse gst and has 3in exhaust ebay evo3 turbo wally 225 i just ordered a afpr and a mbc just want to kniow what i should set everything at to run the best without hitting fuel cut im thinkin 14psi should be all for the boost but what should i set the afpr at with that much boost
