Ever since i changed the exhaust and did the M.A.S mod, my car peaks at about 20 psi and and spikes to 22 psi. i do not have a boost controller on it at this time .during the full boost the air fuel is still reading rich, but is there a reason for this? This is my commuter car so I need it as reliable as possible. also for higher boost what is a good setting for the timing? thank you for any help.

check that you hooked up your BCS correctly and also that you line is still on your wastegate.

What kind of exhaust?
You are most likely dealing with boost creep. Do a search on it to find info.
I was going to give you a quick rundown but I am too tired. there is a lot of info on it here though.

running that high of boost prolly isnt a good thing. more than likely you are dealing with boost creep, which is a long and drawn out story, do a search and learn more than i can tell you. perhaps you can buy a boost controller that will more adequately control boost than the stock bcs. i remember when i got my exhaust it raised boost from 12 to 15(on a 2nd gen turbo, youre 1g 14b is alot better) and i got a boost controller and was able to turn it down to 11.

as for timing, your ecu controls that, nothing really you can do.
