well about a week and a half ago a guy contacted my through here, he's a member and everything. told me he could hook me up with pretty much any turbo i wanted. well i went with the evo III big 16g. he said he could get it for me for 650 shipped with the install kit. sounds like a great deal huh. well its been a week and a half like i said and still no turbo. he said he sent it priority mail, because it was cheapest. (understandable) but whats not is that he didnt get a tracking number. i paid for this through pay pal and got the money back gaurentee thing you can add on for like 30 bucks. do u guys think this guys a scamer or maybe a beginner scamer? or just a dumb ass who doesnt know how to ship a package off. what you guys think!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully you took my advice, and everyone else that took the time to post on here, and file the report. Writing him e-mails, getting you nowhere. He puts in threats to "take you to court". trust me, him taking you to court over filing a comlpaint, 100% not possible. The next thing I want you to post is informing us that you did file your claim and you're having paypal take care of this scammer.

well before i file the claim im going to pay a vist to the postal service and they said i could file something and they would do a check up on the package. almost like a tracking thing. but if that doesnt work out. for sure im sending it through pay pal. they told me not to worry about small claims court. he cant do that so. i dont know what this guy is thinking. fing weirdo man

well i filed my claim, this sucker doesnt know what hes in for. i even told his dumb ass i along with the purchase of the turbo i also purchased the money back gaurentee. i filed it today and he has 10 days to provide proof to them of shipping or full refund amount.. Now if i get my money back. What turbo should i go to, ive been thinking maybe i should go to alittle bit bigger turbo....??

The person who mattspyder mentioned is a legitimate business person. I purchased a turbo from him as well. I was apprehensive when reading this thread, but I now have a T04b in my posession.

Well so you got a good deal, does that mean it's ok to give Mattspyder shitty service and be a complete idoitic prick? He ####ed up and doesn't sound like somebody I would feel good about buying from.

I've had to file claims through paypal a few times, including a turbo purchase.
