thanks for the in put so far But thought this would help and make you want to read it instead off getting lost in my jumbled mess of a question I had first go round.

What I have: 95 talon tsi awd
parts include Stock t25 or crappy 16g that needs a rebuild
stock dump and exhaust
95's had a eeprom
hks ssq bov and crushed 1g
coil over plug setup
3"maf
stock injectors
new gates (blue timing belt)
new greddy balance shaft belt and all new tensioners

wanted power range 280 -350 hp
can i get it with stock internals?
rebuild the 16g or stay with the stock
upgrade fuel pump or rewire kit stock injectors or evo 550's
who knows about the ssautochrome company? I like there stuff but what mods do I do to make them work on stock turbo if i use it or if i go with the 16g
what programs should I use I want to have less as possible doodads if I can get it in one unit that would be awesome or would several different system work better for my application and wants.
what are the choices of tuning equipment whos better and what is capatiable with what?

To get the power you want use the 16G, read the upgrade path already linked to and also check out VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions.

As for tuning, if you don't mind spending the money ECMlink is a great user friendly way to go, also I believe ECMlink Lite is available now or it will be soon and that will have most of the features you need. If you get the full version though you can use your GM Maf without a translator.

The first thing you should do with any newly purchased used vehicle is MAINTENANCE...belts, fluids, plugs ect.

Secondly use that ENTER button more and space some of that stuff out based on topic such as
1st paragraph - background of the car
2nd - parts i have for it
3rd - goals (purpose of vehicle)
so on and so forth...

About your hp goals? yea you could hit those numbers with the your T25 aslong as you have a lot of mods to go with it and a good tune. Heres some good advice...dont go cheap! If this car is going to be your DD and your weekend roadster then you will not want to cut corners. That doesnt mean you have to buy everything new from the most $$$ companies but you will get out of your vehicle what you put in.

Start with the maintenance and then follow the VFAQ for some basics to get you started...your 250hp is not out of reach.
