What would my car run?

I have a 1990 Mitsubishi GSX.

I have a manual Boost conroller.
3" Turbo back ecxhaust
K&N air filter

Thats basically it. With the range that my boost controller would provided, what kind of 1/4 mile times could i expect? Right now im running around 15-16 psi.

The car seems to pull pretty good. That 3" Turbo back made a HECK of a diffrence, my turbo spools like 2x as fast now very fun car to drive Thanks
