can someone give me a list of what exactly i would need if i wanted a fmic'd turbo for my 420a? also would i have to lower my compression?

You don't need a built bottom end... you can run ~14psi with a great tune without a built bottom end. Most of it depends on the turbo. I'm currently running 10psi on a stock engine.
If your using a 12:1 fmu you NEED a Walbro 255lph hp fuel pump, it's the only Walbro pump that will support the high pressures required by the 12:1 fmu @ 8psi. (And it barley handles it.)
Do some searching next time, you will find this has been covered countless times and you will find your answers quicker.
Edit: BTW the Hahn Stage 1 kit runs 5psi; w/o an intercooler you can see 300* intake temperature which isn't good, which is why you need to keep the boost down.
