420A I need help getting the correct parts for my Turbo 420a build

Hey So im working on getting my 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS dialed in and everything ready for the tune for the turbo kit I have installed on it.

The previous owner installed the kit and a bigger fuel pump but that was all. I’ve already spoken to a shop about custom building me a waste gate tube to recirculate into my exhaust, but I need to know what other parts to get and install on my car like injectors, fuel lines, intake, clutch/flywheel, intakeTB, the best option for an ECU and any other miscellaneous stuff I will need to finish this build.

I don’t wanna see any “JuSt SeLl iT aNd bUy a fActOry TURbO dSm” because I'm trying to find a GSX but they just don’t exist where I'm at. If anyone has built clean and refined turbo 420a’s I’d really appreciate your input. My goals for this car are roughly 250-260hp safely. I’ve included all pictures I have of the engine bay I have. I have plans to get forged internals eventually when I'm at that stage but right now I just want this build dialed in.

I'm not a 420a guy but any project has certain questions. What research have you done to see what you need? Have you done anything on fuel flow? airflow? parts availability? What kind of ECU? etc etc.
Not a Lot To be honest. Ive seen people talk about old Jeep Throttle Bodies, Megasquirt ECU’s, MPX throttle bodies. The car has a basic Ebay Turbo Kit and a quantum Fuel pumps 255lph pump. Im looking at lightweight flywheels and bigger injectors but im not sure about what else Im going to need. Thats why I made this post was to figure out any other parts im going to need to get for my car.

getting ready to go down the same road, but off question because it appears so and ive not seen it mentioned before, were you able to maintain factory air?

Honestly im probably going to delete it because I don’t ever use it, and the previous owner told me that sometimes it would ground out amd shut off the car so i can shead some weight and go faster
