What transmission fluid do you run?

What have you tried? What works best for you? Where did you get it?

Penszoil(sp?) Synchromesh from AutoZone. It's runs $4.95 here in Charlotte, NC. I tried BG synchroshift and cannot tell the difference between the two.

I used Castrol syntec fluid last year, worked like it should've but nothing special. Gonna try Royal Purple this year.

I've tried "Search", I heard that using Search can make it run alot faster because there isn't the same thing being repeated many times.
