What to buy? 91 awd gsx

I just got a 91 gsx. its a stock motor.
I need some help on where to begin.
whats the easiest way to get to 15psi or 20psi?
where should i start what should i get.
a list would be great if anyone has ideas let me know thanks.

check the tech section, it has the proper upgrade path

first thing though is do all the maintenance.
Plugs, wires, check vacuum lines, stuff like that

Dont forget a logger! That includes a palm pilot (ie M100), hotsync cable, and datalogging cable. Ebay is your friend, all can be had for under $50 bucks.
