What size washers i need for exhaust manifold gasket and turbo inlet?

The bolts from the exhaust manifold to the turbo housing get two of those cupped washers per bolt.
They go on with the cupped sides facing each other and act like a spring to keep the bolt in tension as it expands and contracts from the heat.

This is how the 2G's were done and is recommended for all the cars.

The bolts are 10mm x 80mm (MR132656) and the washers coned disk 10.5mm (MR187848)

i have a 6bolt head with a 2g manifold though so is the above still correct?
is this what i need=http://www.boneheadperformance.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=OEM-DSM-MR187699%2FMR187848&Category_Code=DSM-OEM-97B

what size washers do i need for exhaust manifold gasket bolts?

DSM OEM Turbo Bolts & Washer Kit- DSM: BoneHead Performance looks like it's exactly what I'm talking about to bolt the turbo to the exhaust manifold. Also get some 2000F anti-seize for the threads and the correct sized gasket for between the two.

If you haven't changed the studs for mounting the manifold to the head you want to replace those too.

yea i ordered some new studs for the exhaust manifold but they didnt come with the washers so i need to know which ones to get?

and the boneheadperformance link doesnt include the nuts for the bolts would u happen to know the size for them?

the turbo inlet ones are m10x1.25 and the exhaust manifold studs on the head are m8x1.25 threads.

1g's came with a single stud in the exhaust manifold for some reason. my guess being as the stock bolts might bottom out in the one hole, but with those conical washers, it should be safe to use bolts in all 4 corners.

There are no nuts for the turbo bolts. The turbo housing is threaded.

so the turbo to manifold bolts dont use any nuts just washers? they just screw right in and thats it? even with a 2g manifold and big 16g turbo?

nickel anti-sieze seems the strongest 2400f ill get some of that stuff so just apply it on all the threads?

kool and so the exhaust manifold and turbo to manifold just screw in without washers?

Look at the diagrams again. The two washers per bolt get between the bolt head and the manifold.
