Were you able to use the "Male AN Adapter Identification Chart" on the link above? You just take your fitting and lay it over their graphic and match it up.

If not, this might help you. Based on the info in the below table and the measurements, it looks like it's a -8 fitting.

Edit: Damn, this thread blew up fast. Guess I was too slow.

Thanks Brian!

Follow up question: Should I get the "push loc" style or the "screw on" style?

What are you opinions on this?

I don't plan to remove them, but you never know. Might have to in the future.

What about hose type? Braided vs non-braided?

Tom, either of those hose end types will work fine. The key is to match the type of hose end to the type of hose being used. IE: You cant run the braided hose with the pushlock hose end...

While there's absolutely nothing wrong with pusk-lock type hose and hose ends, I prefer to use the regular hose ends and braided (nylon or SS) hose.

Gotcha. I'll be reusing my existing hoses (SS Braided). They came with the oil cooler kit with crimped on fittings on both ends.

The hoses the kit came with are 3 feet long (I only need about a foot of length). So my plan was to cut them in half and use 1 half of the hoses. I'd like to keep the crimped on fittings on one end but will need to install new fittings on the end i cut.

Sound like a good plan?

Follow up question: I've done some googling and am I correct in stating that JIC fittings and AN fittings are interchangeable?
