What should your stock egt read at idle, while cruising, WOT, etc.?

Just like the title says does anybody know what your egt's should read while at idle, or cruising, or at WOT? I just installed my egt gauge and want to know if everything is right. Thanks

Really, it varies wildly depending on placement of probe, mods, a/f ratio, etc etc. For instance, mine is a downpipe probe. Around 8" or so after the turbo. Idle its around 600* to 750*-ish. Crusing it around at 55 its 950*-1100*. But again, your milage may vary.

I can only add that mine will settle and idle at 500c, cruise at over 700c and WOT it goes to 900c. But all cars can differ based on timing and AF ratio at WOT.

back when i had one -
I used to see 800f @ idle (without eveything being heetsoaked)
1500-1600f @ wot
