What Should My Next Car Be???

Hey guys, as you can probably tell from the title I’m in the market to buy a new/slightly used car. I am currently driving a 99 Eclipse GS but I have experienced way too many problems and am now looking for a little nicer and better quality car. I have narrowed the field down to about 4-5 cars.

1) Acura RSX-Type S
2) Lexus IS300
3) Nissan 350Z
4) Audi TT (225hp Turbo)
5) BMW Z3

If you have and information or “IMO” regarding the cars please feel free to share. I am planning on buying with in the next month or two and I have a little over 26k I’m willing to blow. Also if there is not a car on the list that you think should be, feel free to let me know. Thanks guys.

i like the is300, and the 350Z. And i think that the z3 is ugly. But thats just my opinion.

Yea, I like the m3 but it might be a little outta my price range to try and find a nice one that hasn't been abused. Aren't BMW's really expencive to repair if something goes wrong?

A buddy of mine had a Z3 and I wouldnt want one for a daily driver. They are really small and when he would go to the store he could only put so much stuff in it. A weekend car sure but not a DD.

I would go with the Is300 or the 350Z

IMO go with the IS300. My friend has one and its just awesome. Looks good, interior is really nice and its just a stylish car. With the supra engine, with a simple exhaust system or even mufflers youll be pleased with the mean sound you get

My mom had a IS300 and they are very quick a grip quite well for a RWD but they don't hold the road as good as a good ol' GSX or Tsi AWD

SRT-4 if you're looking for a performer. Would be well under your budget with money left over to mod.

If I had to pick from those cars....I would find a used G35 Coupe. Best of both worlds from the IS300 and the 350z. It was designed for the more luxury oriented consumer. Very sexy car with a nice set of wheels and a slight tint on the windows.

Also goes for the 325xi (awd), a very nice car. Underpowered, but it is a cruising luxury car.

One of my best friends drives an rsx type-s. I never cared for hondas, but I have worked on this car a good amount with him, and it really suprised me. It has very good throttle response, it handles like a dream and is just plain fun to drive. If I had the money you have to spend I would find a nice E36 M3 (I've found some in this area for $15k or less) and then spend the rest on mods for it.
