What Sensors Are Required To Run With Link?

I read through a few threads, but I only found info on the 1g and GVR4. I'm trying to get everything together to get my GSX running. When I purchased it, there wasn't anything under the hood (other than the wiring harness). So my question is what sensors do I have to have to make the car run? I do plan on running Link. Crank Position, Cam Position, Knock, Coolant temp, all the ignition (coil, icm), front o2, and all the tbody sensors (ISC, TPS) thats all i can think of off the top of my head

You don't need an ISC for the car to run.
Everything else is right.

wbo2 is strongly recommended, MAP is also recommended.
