What rims are these?

I really like these but I don't know what kind they are? They look to be 17s, when you have 17s on a dsm, is your speedo off and how wide of a tire can you run before you start rubbing?

Look kinda like mustang cobra wheels. Speedo will only be off if the overall rolling diameter of the wheel/ tire combo is different from stock and...............

When i had my ralliart, it had factory 16's, i put 17's on and passed a "watch your speed" sign and at 70mph it was only a mph off

I know that was Dr. Turbo's car. But what rims are those? They're not Mustang rims. I used to be a Cobra guy some I familiar with Mustang wheels.
