anyone know what brand these rims are? so i can get the center cap for them.

I just did a quick search for "wheel center caps" on the web and got this for instance...
CenterCaps.net - New & Used OEM Factory & Aftermarket Car Wheel Rim Center Caps, Hubcaps, & Covers
Maybe try them or someone like them to find what you need or at least something that will work.
If you give them a measurement of the size you need I'm sure they could help you.

i tried to find it for you but i dont really have the patients to go to all the web pages out there, but if you just search in google or ebay for dual spoke rims, you should be able to find it, i found a few that were close to yours, but nothing exact.
