What power you see at 19psi????

I got my car dynoed other day through Apexi boost and fuel controllers, at 9psi it did 200 whp, at 19psi on 91 it got only 258whp. Mods are turbonetics t3/t4, external wastegate, turbonetics blow off valve, front mount (I think its a smaller one with long pipe routing), stock MAF with upped intake piping, 650cc injectors and 255 pump, stock 97 ecu. Is that power level seems to be right with my set up, same car with exact same set up was dynoed at 278whp a year earlier at 18psi on 93, why only 257 now? I did put a/c back on the car (not that it works anyway, but belt is hooked up to the motor). Another questioned that I have: is it ok to run 19psi on completely stock motor, I was told that with 1000cc injectors, DSM link, rewired pump, and e85 I could get close to 350whp under 24psi and be safer then right now at 19psi on 91. What is the power limit (hp and psi) on our 2g 4g63 bone stock motors? I think the turbo system I have right now would support well over 400whp (well if I get bigger injectors and DSM link with different ecu), I would like to get to 350whp level eventual and be somewhat reliable, so stock block would hold that or I should start looking for build one?

Well for starters there is no way to tell you exactly what power you should make.. Sounds like your timing might be being pulled resulting in less power.. Second Most t3/t4 variaent turbos don't even come alive untill 23-24+psi.. Not to mention depending on what turbo it is youll probably need cams to get the most out of it.. Yes its ok to run 19psi on a stock motor if your seeing no knock..There is no exact psi a motor can take. Yes people have made 400+ on stock 2g internals but they rarely last long.. 350 is the highest id go on there weak rods and still think itd be a reliable DD.. What are you using too tune if nothing then id be willing to bet your seeing rich knock not to mention running rich makes less power then being a bit leaner..

What is this T3/T4 of which you speak. "T3/T4" tells us nothing. Is it a 50 Trim?, 57 Trim? etc?

it may be a 60 trim.....

Car was dyno tuned by a very reputable guy that have been working on DSMs for more then 12 years now. At one point he was starting to see some knock, did some adjustments and no more knock. He sad that better gas would add a little power, would 93 opposed to 91 make any power difference, I think its nearly identical fuel. Would running 100 octane without changing anything add any noticeable power? My tuner tuned it through Apexi boost controller and Apexi fuel controller, he wasn't happy about fuel controller because it was designed to "fool" MAF instead of directly dial in fuel flow and such.
