Here is everything I've done so far all listed incase anyone had any ideas....

- Magnecor wires
- NGK plugs
- Greddy upper and lower ic piping
- Greddy Type-S BOV
- Walbro 255 fuel pump
- K&N Filter
- Triple piller pod
- Autometer boost, air/fuel and egt
- Apexi S-AFC
- Hallman MBC
- K&N Filter
- Professionally tuned by motec performance from Turbotrix in New Jersey

I was thinking full exhaust downpipe all the way back....what do you think 3 inch? if so whats good that isnt that loud....

MAJOR TIA!

Yes, you definately need some exhaust. I would go with the 3" only if you plan to get a larger turbo down the road, cause you will need it. Otherwise just go with the 2.5" I had a buschur racing 2.5" on my old 1G and it was pricy but had a good soft tone under normal driving but sounded great at WOT. I dont remember but if you dont have any air intake upgrades you will definately need those as well to let that turbo breathe.

Good luck and happy boosting

I would guess a turbo upgrade is planned.

3inch tubo-back exhaust is my recomendation.

Just out of curisoity why do you consider an afpr so vital? I don't know a whole lot about them, just what I've read online.

A pump like a 255 will overrun the stock FPR making it so when you boost you don't get the optimal 1:1 ratio of fuel pressure causing tuning to be very hard.

I agree that and AFRP is a must on any cars running a 255 or similar pump.

It will keep you from running STUPIDLY rich.

When you put a 255 in your car, it will up your base fuel pressure, and the stock regulator cannot control it. Hence why you upgrade it, and have control.

EDIT: Sorry John, just saw that you wrote pretty much the same thing I did.

well with my car, the base fuel psi was 63, not 43. talk about rich.

a local had his motor built, etc etc etc. the car was all done and they set injector size and what not so he could get to work and stuff like that. it only took about 2 weeks before he had "washed his rings out", basically meaning the motor was trashed. he had every mod under the sun except for a afpr. we suspect his idle fuel pressure was similar to mine.

most get away without one, but i feel its a needed thing with a 255.

wow thanks a lot guys....now can my mechanic install this easily or does it need to be done a certain way and adjusted as well?

MAJOR TIA.
