what mods left to set up a turbo on a nt?

I'm a careful guy and I don't like buying things twice...yet I am a liar cause I bought a header and an air intake (so sue me just exhaust was still slow). Ultimately I want to turbo my car with the HRC stage one and then add an intercooler and gradually work up to the stage two. But job switching has not allowed for big mods so I get what I can as partial christmas gifts.

stuff I have:
AEM V2 intake
DC Sports 4-2-1 ceramic coated header
Therm Racing and Dev 3" exhaust
Gutted cat
blocked off egr valve
Pacesetter short shifter
alum UDP
16x7 enkei rims with 225/55 sumitumo W rated rubber

I currently run 15.6s at the track and I was wondering what other mods I can do that will also be helpful when I turbo it.

I was thinking:
programmer of some sort but I can't find one so I might have to get a piggy pack system
60mm tb off of a jeep
port & polish intake manifold
upgraded fuel pump (don't know what size)
cooperative injectors
a fuel management system

that's about all...I already have a boost gauge and air/fuel gauge installed

What engine do you have? 420a or 4g63 N/T ?

Here's a link with the list of parts you'll need and the steps. It's written for a 4g64, but basically the process is same except for the manifold, if you have a 420a it might be different, but if it's a 4g63 n/t then you can use a 1g/2g turbo manifold.

What kind of turbo are you planing to buy?

I have the 420a...whatever the turbo is that's in the kit...I believe a T25

Why not get a 14b i don't think there's much price difference
