Can Anyone help in what is the difference between a 1992 mitsubishi eclipse GS non turbo ECU with number MD166255 and ECU with number MD169144?

it is a 2.0 mitsubishi eclipse ECU and it get my car to run but i have a lot of knock arround 3 rpm so if anyone of you guys can help me out!
