Can Anyone help in what is the difference between a 1992 mitsubishi eclipse GS non turbo ECU with number MD166255 and ECU with number MD169144?

according to this site it is a 2.0L Mitsubishi Eclipse ECU:

My guess is that it is not for a US vehicle judging by the language the site was written in.
