What kinda of 1/4 should i be looking at? (bench racing)

Ok i have never even been to the track so i dont really have a clue what it should run. but heres what i got.

91 awd automatic
Stripped as much as i can bumper supports back seats etc....
14b
2g mani
fpr from 5speed
5speed ecu
5 speed injectors
cams that equal fp1 cams (so i was told)
aprs
shift box cant decide which one to pick up but i will have one.
3 inch turbo back
fuel pump
3g lifters
MBC
Boost and trans gauges
Short route FMIC and precision 600hp FMIC

thats about all i can think of for now. what my goal is on this setup is mid to lower 13s maybe ? after winter im going with alot bigger setup. so what does everyone think i should be able to hit with this?

There's no way to tell how fast your car will run, or how much horsepower you have. Once you start modifying a car, all bets are off. We call this bench racing, and it's a no-no here. It only leads to arguing and then you're left with a million guesses, all of which are going to be wrong.
