What Kind of motor mount bushings would be ok?

I don't want ployurethan because I dont want to turn the car into a big shaking massage chair. Something a little better than stock would be best, stock would be my second choice (Side mount is tore up and needs replaced). Also, where could I order something like this?

usually if you go down to a windshield repair shop and get a tube of window weld....you can squirt that in your motor mounts and its kinda of a happy medium between actual poly mounts and your stocks. and its a cheap alternative too
