what is wrong with this car

my friend has 98 gst convertible 6-bolt engine swap. dsmlinks (dyno tuned), all other fuel modes (720cc injectors, 255hp fp, and one big turbo i think t3/t4 size, ann ask me what else. This car is nicely done but 250whp is max on the dyno. my car similar modes and smaller turbo (big16g) and 300whp. What is wrong with myfriends car.

Tell your friend to do a compression check. Maybe his 6 bolt motor is loosing boost at the rings. Or his timing is getting retarded, or tuning is not good enough. He should make a lot more power than 250WHP.

definetelly , that turbo is really big. The engine is very new. What could be done with timing. His car is dyno tuned A/f is ideal, what could be wrong with that

he is running about 17psi of boost
