Ok so I found this relay and connector hanging down next to my fuse box, it comes right out of that big loom coming out of the fuse box. it looks like there were originally 4 wires going to it but now it only has one actually connected and two that look like they were torn out of it. Everything on the car is working fine except for my ebay halo lights. so i was thinking it could have something to do with the headlights?

They were on the car when I bought it so I'm not exactly sure how they're wired up or anything but they're acting really weird. When I turn them on the only thing lighting up is the passanger side halo around the headlight. Neither of the headlights themselves will light up. I haven't had a chance to run a hot wire to the light to make sure they work but I'm considering running them direct to a high amp switch that I put in the cab if they give me much more trouble. My mod list is up to date if you need to know anything about the car
